How it works

We begin with a consultation call to review your needs. Once you choose a service structure, we establish mutual protection through a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Signed Service Contract.

Depending on the scope of the project or services needed, I will send you an onboarding questionnaire to gather workflows and required credentials.
I can work at your office / your place or remotely. If we agree on a remote setting, I encourage a one-to-one visit where I can familiarize myself with your workflow and workplace routines.

Work officially starts as soon as all necessary access and onboarding documents are returned.

I allocate time for communication with clients Monday through Friday, from 9am to 2pm; I will do my best but cannot guarantee responsiveness outside of these hours. Unless a dedicated timeframe is agreed upon, I will set my own hours, which allows me to focus fully on project delivery and meet your needs efficiently.

Contracts can be terminated by either party at any time for convenience with a 14-day written notice.
